Comfortable sleep in a room with a tall ceiling of 6 meters. Woke up feeling rested 😌.

Huge room, really beautiful view on the river, very close to the city center.
The bathroom is bad, the wireless internet is present only in the hall, not in the rooms.

The rooms here were really cool - they were super spacious and even had a little living area. We also had a nice view of a garden and river, and the bed was super comfy. Plus, there was an electric kettle in the room for convenience. the service was top-notch, which added to the overall charm of this place! 🌿

Comfortable beds.
Hard to find. Noisy. Could hear street noise late into the night. Staff spoke and understood limited English. Seems like a good place for young adults, but not for seniors.

The location is very good and we had one valuable advise for parking.
The bath was allocated in the room separate only from thin plastic wall and the furniture was old, the recycle bin had remains from previous guests...

Beautiful room with fine view. Upscale and spacious. Great location, close to attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely for families or couples.

We had 4 days in this guest house.Beautiful building,wonderful location(has an amazing bar next door,minutes walk from the main touristic locations(Duomo dome,Pitti palace,etc.) and train station), great staff(speaks english and very helpful!),comfortable character rooms.Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends:) absolutely brilliant

Location: the hotel was just off a friendly, safe, very cool area bars, cafes, restaurants, good' supermarket' in the next street, Piazza Santo Spirito and Ponte Vecchio, and restaurants. It also was on Leonardo Da Vinci museum. The guest room that we stayed in was tidy and unique...

Rooms are big but plumbing is poor. Don't expect hot water. For any hotel two basic things needed are good bed and water to shower. Bed was good but shower very poor.
Water is an issue because of what appears to be plumbing problems.
